Prices

Goods are invoiced at prices prevailing at the date of despatch and include VAT. Prices are subject to alteration from time to time.

Delivery

We will despatch your goods within 3 working days from the receipt of your order (UK Only). Any claims for shortages, non delivery or damages must be reported in writing to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

Most packages will require a signature on delivery and if you are unable to sign for your package items will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Under the Willow Tree.

Returns:

We only accept returns for damaged goods and these must be returned to us by recorded delivery. We will inspect the goods upon receipt and decide whether a credit or exchange is warranted. We do pay for postage on any returns and we do not take any responsibility for non delivery of returns to us and request in these instances that you contact Royal Mail or your freight company directly in these cases.

Privacy Policy:

Under the Willow Tree recognises customer’s privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We confirm that the personal information requested from you either for the purpose of processing your order or for the return of information to you via e-mail is never provided to third parties. The Under the Willow Tree site may contain links to a number of independent sites. Please be aware that this privacy policy does not extend to any collection of information by those sites
