To Place an Order

Choose an item you wish to buy and then click on the “Buy Now” or “Add to basket” buttons.

This will then take you to a summary page of your shopping basket, where you will be able to amend or clear your basket.

Click on the “checkout” box to begin the payment process. Simply fill the delivery address and contact details and then proceed to the paypal payment screen.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and all major Debit cards. Our payment process is secure and uses the paypal system.

You do not need to have a Paypal account; all you need is a debit or credit card.

On the payment screen there is a section on the left where you can click to pay with a credit or debit card.

Alternatively you can pay by cheque. If you would prefer to pay by this method, please place your order through the "contact us section" and send to the address below. We will then acknowledge receipt of your order and  we will of course need to clear your cheque before we despatch your goods.

Delivery Prices for multiple Items - If you wish to buy more than one item, it's worth sending a quick message to us under the "contact" section as we may be able to discount the delivery charge for multiple purchases if we can get the delivery in the same box! Alternatively send an email to info@underthewillowtree.co.uk . We aim to answer all enquirees on the same day as they are received.
