To Place an Order

The Shopping basket icon will show the items you currently have selected. To pay for the item, click the “checkout” icon. Fill in your delivery details and then click the "proceed to checkout" icon. On the next screen you will be asked to select your payment method.

To Pay by PAYPAL

Log into your PAYPAL account to complete the purchase. Howver you do not need to create or have a paypal account to make a purchase as we also accept MasterCard, Visa and all major Debit cards.

To Pay by Credit Card

Click the shopping basket icon to review your order and click "checkout". Enter your delivery details and click "proceed to checkout".  Here follow the instructions and click continue where it says "Don't have a payapal account" just above the credit card icons. You will then be taken to a secure screen "billing information" where you can enter your credit card details.Click "Review and Order" once this is completed and then "Pay now" on the following screen to complete the transaction.

 To Pay by Cheque

To pay by cheque, please make contact me by email info@underthewillowtree.co.uk

We accept MasterCard, Visa and all major Debit cards as well as payments by Paypal.

Delivery Prices for multiple Items - If you wish to buy more than one item, it's worth sending me an email through the "contact" section as I may be able to discount the delivery charge for multiple purchases if we can get the delivery in the same box! Alternatively send an email to info@underthewillowtree.co.uk . I always answer all enquirees on the same day as they are received!
